Manufactured from lumber grown in the Pacific Northwest, using PSI’s automated Viking Equipment pallet assembly machines allowing for efficiency, consistency, and a quality finished pallet to meet our customers’ needs.
Used Pallets
We provide quality used 48 x 40 GMA pallets. This provides the customer with considerable cost savings and contributes to recycling by utilizing pallets in good condition for reuse. Custom Pallets

Crates & Bins
PSI can customize crates and bins for a variety of industries, including the agricultural market by providing customer specific items for their products, such as fresh and dried fruits and nuts.
Heat Treated Pallets
Each pallet, bin or crate that is manufactured with heat treated lumber meets or exceeds the wood packing regulations as required by ISPM15 and is stamped with a certified heat treated stamp or brand to meet export requirements.
Pallet Repair & Reconditioning
We repair customer pallets and recondition them to meet customer specifications. We also purchase used pallets from the public and repair them for resale to a variety of industries. Quality reconditioned pallets provide the same function as new pallets, but cost the customer less.
Pallet Recycling
Pallets are either recycled into reusable pallets or they are ground up into wood chips and reused in various applications. Nails are also separated from the pallets and recycled. All components of unusable pallets are recycled, preventing additions to landfills or burning of wood products.
Wood Components
We also provide lumber cutting or remanufacturing for a number of companies and industries that need a constant supply of wood components, such as repair boards and blocks.
